While in Athens Fanis provided the kayaks and food supplies, while the three Frenchmen arrived at Marseilles Airport.

With masks on, they had the opportunity to admire the great blue of the Mediterranean before arriving at Athens Airport and taking the X96 bus to arrive at their hotel.

Fanis was already there to greet us and discuss the last-minute details….it was already past midnight.

While aboard the ferry, we made final decisions for our course of action, finally deciding to travel by car to Pollonia (Apollonia).

Soon after, our boat arrived at the port of Adamas in Milos.
